I am a sport & life coach and have been in the health & fitness industry for over 30 years. We all have an inner warrior.  My mission is to help you find your path to unleashing the best version of yourself possible.

A few fun tidbits about me…

      • I have been a proud mama for 5 years
      • I have been a triathlete for 24 years & counting
      • I have been Vegan for 10 years (vegetarian 32 years before that)
      • I train on average 20 hours per week
      • I have done over 500 races (triathlons, marathons, 5ks, etc)
      • I once ran 7 marathons in 7 states in 7 days
      • I am 11 states away from running a marathon in every state in the USA
      • I have lived in Colorado for 48 years
      • I generally eat 2500 calories a day when I am not training
      • I usually eat approx 5000 calories a day when I am intensely training
      • I am strong, powerful and confident
      • My favorite race is the Wildlife Loop Triathlon 70.3 distance
      • My favorite snack is potato chips and cherry cola Zevia
      • I own and manage a summer swim team called Westminster Waves
