30 Minute Phone Consult: $60
Looking to create your own plan of action? Need a little help getting started or fine tuning? Are you a newbie with a TON of questions? If so, this is perfect for you! I can help you get started or get you moving in the right direction. I have expertise in nutrition, triathlon (or single sport), goal setting, annual planning, mindset, organization, and lifestyle planning.
Optional daily accountability can be added on to this.
30 Minute In-Person Consult: $80
This in-person connection can be added to one of my other services or utilized on its own. This can include nearly anything you’d want in person such as: a goal setting meeting, strength training plan, functional training plan, swimming assessment, running assessment, or cycling assessment. Additional cost may be added for travel or gym guest fees.
Optional daily accountability can be added on to this.
Full-Service Monthly Coaching: $300 monthly
My most popular program and the one that really kicks butt with results. This is a monthly coaching program to help you reach YOUR envisioned goals. You’re set up with a weekly training/coaching plan based on your specific needs, time available, challenges and lifestyle. You must be willing to communicate effectively with your coach on a daily basis.
