Whether it’s in your health, fitness, sport, wellness, relationships, finances, career, or any other part of your life, there are always small steps you can take daily to reach your ultimate goals.

My name is Kirsten McCay and I ‘m here to help you discover your goals and the steps you can take to achieve them.


I am a sport & life coach and have been in the health & fitness industry for over 30 years. We all have an inner warrior.  My mission is to help you find your path to unleashing the best version of yourself possible.

A few fun tidbits about me…

      • I have been a proud mama for 5 years
      • I have been a triathlete for 24 years & counting
      • I have been Vegan for 10 years (vegetarian 32 years before that)
      • I train on average 20 hours per week
      • I have done over 500 races (triathlons, marathons, 5ks, etc)
      • I once ran 7 marathons in 7 states in 7 days
      • I am 11 states away from running a marathon in every state in the USA
      • I have lived in Colorado for 48 years
      • I generally eat 2500 calories a day when I am not training
      • I usually eat approx 5000 calories a day when I am intensely training
      • I am strong, powerful and confident
      • My favorite race is the Wildlife Loop Triathlon 70.3 distance
      • My favorite snack is potato chips and cherry cola Zevia
      • I own and manage a summer swim team called Westminster Waves
