- I have been a proud mama for 5 years
- I have been a triathlete for 24 years & counting
- I have been Vegan for 10 years (vegetarian 32 years before that)
- I train on average 20 hours per week
- I have done over 500 races (triathlons, marathons, 5ks, etc)
- I once ran 7 marathons in 7 states in 7 days
- I am 11 states away from running a marathon in every state in the USA
- I have lived in Colorado for 48 years
- I generally eat 2500 calories a day when I am not training
- I usually eat approx 5000 calories a day when I am intensely training
- I am strong, powerful and confident
- My favorite race is the Wildlife Loop Triathlon 70.3 distance
- My favorite snack is potato chips and cherry cola Zevia
- I own and manage a summer swim team called Westminster Waves
