Join us in beautiful St George, Utah for an unforgettable triathlon training camp. We are focusing on the St George 70.3 course/race, but you don’t have to be doing the race in order to attend the camp.
General Schedule:
Wednesday, April 16 – arrive in the afternoon/evening, 6:30 meeting at the house to go over schedule, equipment, goals, intros, Q&A
Thursday, April 17 – morning swim with swim analysis and technique session, afternoon ride St George 70.3 course with optional run after, evening session on stretching, injury prevention, core work, Q&A, optional yoga session
Friday, April 18 – morning pool swim practicing drills and workout, run 13.1 miles partially on 70.3 run course, afternoon lake swim w OWS clinic, evening session on race nutrition and what to expect race day, Q&A, optional yoga session.
Saturday, April 19 – morning pool session hard workout swim TT, afternoon brick workout, optional check out if you’re leaving early, evening session on transitions, Q&A, optional yoga session
Sunday, April 20 – morning check out for everyone
NOTES: We are close to Zion National Park so you can ditch any of our training sessions to spend time at Zion.
Cost includes: Room in a shared house for 4 nights, transportation to and from all activities, swim analysis, sag for all training sessions, coaching for 4 full days.
Cost for sleeping in your own room: $905
Cost for shared room: $680
Pre-requisites: Must be able to swim comfortably 200 yards for pool session and for 30 mins in open water for lake session. Must be able to bike at least 25 miles comfortably and run 6 miles. All sessions will have options for all abilities.
Volunteers needed: If you have a friend or sig other who wants to come along but not interested in training, please let me know as I can offer free room in exchange for helping with sag, shuttling, etc.
